Eden Day Immersion

Thomas Cole (1801-1848); The Garden of Eden; 1828; Oil on canvas; Amon Carter Museum of American Art, Fort Worth, Texas; 1990.10

Welcome to Eden!

Join us for a day spent in the beauty of nature, to return to our roots- what the Earth was meant to be before the distortion set in. Our retreat will take place along the shores of the Brandywine Creek- alongside sparkling water, flora, and other natural beauty.

This day retreat will include teachings about how to anchor the essence of Eden into your present reality, ritual & ceremony, group energy work, nature walks, and more! There will also be ample opportunities for free time in nature (for journaling, meditation, hiking, swimming, taking photos, creating, or whatever else feels supportive to you).

This isn’t your traditional Sunday School version of Eden- so be prepared to learn new context and reframe the stories you’ve heard your entire life, to understand Eden in an entirely different way- one that empowers you to discover Eden within Yourself!

Anahata’s Purpose

September 24-27, 2026 in Darlington, MD

Genevieve will be offering the following workshop at Anahata’s Purpose Festival Retreat this fall:

The Magdalene: Bridging Abrahamic & Magickal Traditions

In this session, participants will learn about the role of Mary Magdalene in Abrahamic, Gnostic, and Modern Magickal traditions. Many magickal people come from Abrahamic backgrounds, and experience a significant shift when they enter the magickal space that may leave them feeling disoriented, alone, or unmoored. As a figure who is honored in both Abrahamic and Magickal traditions, Mary Magdalene can serve as a bridge between the traditions. She is a powerful witness and spiritual guide who can show us, through her example, how to embody the in-between. In this session, we will explore the cultural and historical contexts of Mary Magdalene (including an overview of her roles and portrayals in different spiritual traditions, her cultural and historical context, and magickal correspondences). Participants will also engage in personal reflection to discern and clarify how we are each personally invited to work with Mary Magdalene. This session will culminate in the creation of a personal anointing oil, allowing participants to deepen their connection with Mary Magdalene and the art of anointing.
